I have that on my 64 Monza convertible.  Purists don't like it but it looks fine to me.  I've had it on my car for probably 3 years now and it's easy to install, looks good and has withstood several engine cleanings at the local car wash.  The company is: GoWesty, 888-469-3789, part #: 411-813-225.  I paid $34.95 plus S&H.
