<VV> EM Wheel and tire options

I have decided to get a set of 14 or 15 inch wheels made for the 62 coupe.

there are several options:
www.thewheelsmith.net, makes a smoothie in a 14 x 6 or a 15 x 7 and 4 inch
backspace in the 4 x 4.5 lug pattern.

www.wheelVintiques.com also makes the same combinations. I found them on
Summit Racing for free shipping.

Another company www.earlywheel.com advertises Rally wheels, but I haven't
called them to see if they do a 4 x 4.5 bolt pattern.

So my question is, I read somewhere where a 15 x 7 will fit the EM, but
that is stretching it a bit. If so, who has experience with these larger
wheels and what backspace did they use?

Also, if you are interested in white walls for your Corvair, Calli tire,
www.callitw.com makes them in a variety of sizes at a reasonable cost. I
would go with a 205/60R15.
