<VV> EM Full Suspension Rebuild - sort of humor - with a serious side

J.R., I am a die hard 4 speed guy in my corvair, but even I at 64 have
thought about doing that, or even selling the car and getting something
like a 2004 or 2005 T-Bird automatic. But the car is now basically restored
mechanically and so its time to simply drive it and enjoy taking it to
shows, etc. I keep having fun restoring this car. My wife and I took a 125
mile trip today to visit friends, have lunch and dinner in different towns
and enjoy walking on a beach. The Corvair just purred down the road like it
was brand new.

Next on the agenda? 14 x 6 wheels powder coated to match the car with white
wall tires, special trim rings and center caps in a retro look. If you want
to see the look, go to www.thewheelsmith.net, look at the tan wheel to the
left of the yellow roadster convert, visualize that wheel in red, with that
trim ring and cap.
I had some WW tires made by www.callitw.com, they just came today and look
great! Well, they take blackwall tires and vulcanize the WW on to the
tire.
