<VV> '65 3-speed is non-synchro, but '66-'69 is synchro?

This is wrong the subject line is correct.  I drove a '64 3-speed after I changed the shifter seal this week.  Original cast iron case 3-speed no 1st gear synchro.  I replaced a cast iron 3-speed in a late '63 Greenbrier a few years ago.  No 1st synchro.  Clark's shows '60-'65 3-speed transmissions to all use the same internal parts & no 1st blocker.  They do show a synchronized 1st for '66 to '69.

No. The very early three spds were non-synchro in first (1960 Aluminum
case). All later three spds had three speeds with synchro.
