...or the lower camber bolt was frozen, and the alignment tech used shims
instead.
...or the alignment tech didn't know about the camber bolt, and used shims.
..just musing on a rainy day...

Thanks Mark, That's how I'm leaning. I guess shims could have been added
during a previous alignment. But why, when it is so much easier to adjust

Jim, when I did my em front end, I put all the shims back and used that as a
starting point. Just know that if you replaced all the bushings and ball
joints, that adjustment may no longer be accurate if an adjustment was done
in the past.
