Yes, and the best I've found is the SafeGuard brand... it only reduces  the 
timing on the offending cylinder(s), not the entire baseline timing. Have  
used the Safeguard device in all my Corvairs over the past 15 or so years. 
Used  one in my 64, 110, PG, air conditioned Greenbrier with excellent 
results. Also  my 64 Spyder.
