If there's oil at the bellhousing, then you're correct that one is leaking.  Usually you can tell by thickness and smell which one.  In any case the clutch slip is most likely because of the oil.

Not sure if broken motor mount equals chatter.  If you swap the engine mount you need both the mount that bolts to the body *and* the matching bracket that goes on the engine.
