It's a 62. No such thing as a 63 wagon...they were only made in 61-62. Monza 900 series trim pkg only in 62. 

Running wagons are rare and neat to see, even in a patina condition, but sadly haven't yet jumped a great deal in value, and this one presents quite the restoration project.  Weigh your purchase price and restoration investment thoughtfully.
