Never - Next Question! 
 
Communique was always Monthly - (Until the last few years,  
dropping/combining66 a couple of months issues.) It was a different,  newsletter format, 
but still monthly. The Corsa Quarterly ended with Volume  7 Number 4 with the 
Summer 1978 issue. I think the September 1978 issue of  the Communique was 
the last "newsletter" style issue. I remember that,  probably because my 
Stinger was on the front page! (smallish photo) - Seth  Emerson
