http://www.portlandbolt.com/technical/bolt-torque-chart/#bolt-torque-a325   Note there are different grades of bolts..Have to try each chart unless you know which rating goes with the grade five and grade 8..

Hi guys, 
Just to clarify a couple things.  1.  Yes, I am talking about the bolts that hold the pulley and blower to the blower bearing.  2.  Yes, the '61 shop manual DOES say 20-25 FT LBS.    Here is the quote directly from the manual:   "2. Tighten bolts and lockwashers and torque to 20 -25 ft lbs."  Again, another one for your list, Bob.
