Guys,I am going to help out a club member who needs a spark plug insert installed.  It has been several years since I've done one - so am looking for some advice: 1 - I believe I have a time-sert tool; a double tap that threads into the existing plug threads and cuts the insert threads; along with a setting tool.2 - I assume this should be done with the engine cold.3 - Should I grease (to trap the chips) or oil (to lubricate) the tap - or use it dry?4 - If chips fall into the cylinder - can I crank the engine to expel them out the plug hole; or use compressed air to clean them out; or don't sweat it - assuming they will come out as the engine runs?5 - Should I use lock-tite on the insert?  Red?6 - RTV? Any other advice? Thanks,Andy KWisconsin
