Ignatio, it could be as simple as a bad connection at the battery terminals. Before you do anything hard to do, twist each terminal to be sure that is OK.

First sounds like a partially discharge battery, but since you say the
battery is good, I would suspect the copper disk in the starter solenoid.
It can be reversed or cleaned up with a fine file.

Hi, 1964 Monza Coupe Lisa's starter clicks and hums. Everything worked this
morning. I got to the inspection station and now it won't start, it just
clicks and hums, sometimes it turns the engine just a little. Battery tested
good. Is this a bad starter? If so is that a Clark's item or okay to get
from a local Auto parts store?
