On the way to a picnic, after driving 1 hr, I hit a bump in the road and KLUNK! Long story short, An experienced Corvair mechanic diagnosed worn sway bar bushings. Bushings replaced, a test drive revealed a KLUNK. Same area and same sound intensity. An inspection by yours truly didn't reveal anything suspicious. Hmmm. Any suggestions?
