<VV> left and right horns

Does it matter which side the high and low tone horns go?

Smitty Says;  It sure does Brian.  Put the left one on the driver's side and 
the right one on the passenger side.  If in doubt about left and right, ask 
a sailor.  They know left from right.  Or is that port from starboard?
