<VV> Valves clicking

What does it mean when the valves click on my 65 Monza when warm but not cold? I've adjusted t hem to no avail while the motor was running and warm.. No noise when she starts up but after 4 minutes its clickety clack

Most likely low oil pressure.... below 7 psi....  Put a cheap mechanical gauge   where the oil snap switch is and check it..
