<VV> engine removal?

If the top shroud perimeter rubber is gone can I just drop the whole engine without taking the shroud off? How do I get the rigid throttle rod out of the hole in the shroud so that it is out of the way?

Yes you can   remove it all together..


The Throttle rod must be disconnected at the Transmission swivel and then pulled out.
