And in NO WAY am I advocating the use of copper for brake lines with 
that photo. I took it to explain to people on Corvair Center Forum that 
Cunifer (copper-nickel alloy) looks similar but grayer (?) than copper, 
so the photograph of a car for sale being discussed probably did have 
the correct Cunifer (copper-nickel) brake lines ("just replaced all 
brake lines") and not the unsafe copper version.

Summit Racing carries stainless steel flare nuts and stainless steel 
armor (brake line guards, that spring looking section on some brake 
lines) to complete a rust free brake brake line set.
