<VV> Stering box lock nut wrench

Are you talking the big end nut, or the lash adjuster (9/16"?) locknut?

   Is there a special wrench to make the loosening of the steering box lock nut? I can resort to the old screwdriver and BFH. Not much room to get at the darn box. Is there a better way?
