<VV> Cord PG shifter

I am beginning to wonder how many different setups they used? I have seen 2 
 very different PG shifters so far.

If I recall correctly, my friend's  CordVair had an early model Powerglide 
shift lever mounted sideways under the  dash to the right of the steering  
column...
