OK, just checked on this for someone else. Me.

No.

I do not know what year is the change, but the bezels have a straight 
edge on one year, and a wave, like a water drain, on the rest.

The plate the headlamp buckets mount to also changes, one has a straight 
bottom edge, the others have a void to clear a mounting tab. The 67 has 
this void. And therefore, the bezel screws go into different tabs on the 
actual mounting pod/bucket/whatever you call it. So, those are different 
also.
