I'm by no means an expert. But to me, those look like early-mid 70's GM.
One of my friends had a 73 Impala Custom with the same emblem on them.

Subject: <VV> Seat Belt Buckle ID

Can anyone ID these buckles? I'm working on a 65 Corsa convert for a woman
who is the original owner. Her deceased husband let the car stripped for
more than 20 years. he accumulated tons of stuff. I'm not sure these are
65 Corsa. Certainly don't look like the ones in my car. Any help
appreciated. Thanks.
