I can't directly answer your question but I can give you some information
for more thought.

I believe this was shared by Dave Newell originally (apologies if it was
someone else) but the 2 number and 1 letter code date on the Fishger tag is
based on this calendar calculation...

"The Fisher Body production week began on a Monday. For the last week, if
the week went through a Wednesday, it was that month's week. If it only went
through Tuesday, it was the next month's week."

I have been working on laying out a calendar for the 52 weeks of the year
and assigning Fisher code weeks, but I have not made it up to 67....

Based on "how I think" it works...my thought is that the code date would be

May 29-31 & June 1st - 2nd = 05D or 05E depending on when May started
June 5th - 9th =06A

Subject: <VV> Fisher Body Date Code

Hi everyone.

Have a question about the date code on a Fisher Body tag. In 1967 the first
week of June started on Thursday. Would the Thursday and Friday cars be 06A
or would they be 05E? If it's 05E would the cars built the next Monday(or
Sunday) be 06A or 06B?
Thanks everyone.
