<VV> Concentric wheel spacer necessary?

Curious, do these use the spin on knock-offs like the OEM wire wheels? 
Are the CCW knockoffs on the correct side?

Did the knock-off spinner come loose, or did the lug nuts back off?

I lost a wheel one day in two city blocks.  One of those lessons you 
will never forget, ALWAYS tighten the lug nuts. Yes. I didn't...........

$600 chrome wheel later..... ouch
