<VV> Converting 4 lug to 5?

### Might be an idea to check that the internal diameter of the adaptor will 
go over the boss on the hub. My 5 stud adaptors do, but the 'universal' 4 
stud ones didn't quite, till I got my angle grinder out ;)

Any local Machine shop, or you can do at home if you have a big drill press, 
can  weld up the one hole [ required for Chevy 5x4.75" ] and  and redrill 
and install studs.  If you choose to go with  5x4.5" [  Ford / Chrysler ] 
then no welding is required   and one original hole is used...
