Pick  a couple of non-leakers and weigh them.
Also, save some of the oil that you get from a leaker, and you can kind 
of compare its viscosity to ATF, power steering oil, motor oil.
I doubt they ever warm up much, so room temperature tests should be 
reasonable.
(that is, they wouldn't get hot like the oil in your engine)
