After seeing your photo, i'm glad to see you are removing the head.  I decided to e-mail because I have one just removed from a parts engine with 3 twisted off bolts.  You'll save yourself a ton of extra work in the long run by dropping back 10 yards and punting.  As for removing the head the front shroud, back or rear shroud, and side shroud should be removed.  Also the coil, too.
