Don't worry....  Be happy..... they'll be fine....  Splitting problems are with turbo's , super high compression builds...


As far as the Block Studs....  put them in....  if loose... Red LocTite.... then using a tube and washers.... Torque test to 35 ft. lb.   No one torques more than 30-32 ft. lb. today..with all the heat cycles this aluminum has seen...
