I agree.  A proper single exhaust will have more power and be theoretically a little quieter with the same type muffler.

Hi,
 I went through the same thing with a daily driver 110PG for a couple of years and then decided to go to a single exhaust with a turbo muffler.
The result was Noticeably more power off the line and a-lot less noise.
