<VV> PG shifter on floor

Why cut up a good dash when you can simply build a small box that fits snugly between the front buckets with the shifter on top. Cable snaked beneath the carpets. My father did that to a 65 Corsa coupe when it was evident that my mother was never going to get the jist of using a clutch. I converted it back to a 4 speed when i inherited the car when i was 17. Much snappier without the PG!, Thanks, Neal
