<VV> FC van choke and Greenbrier weatherstrips.

You aren't listening to the answers on the dash from what I can tell.
There is no hole in the dash on any choke equipped Corvair under the word "choke". It is under the dash.
I attached a picture so hopefully it will come through.
I have seen a couple of '61 FCs (or was it cars?) without the hole for the choke cable in the firewall. It has puzzled me. Maybe very late '61 production started using the automatic chokes?

I think we are all agreed on what is 'right'. What I am trying to figure out is what is going on with MY van, as there are so many things that don't correspond with the manual - and also how I can get a working choke somehow!
