With repro parts, anything is possible.
Many people would reach for the WD40 to cure a squeak, but it 
evaporates & you'll have to repeat that every few days if not more.
My solution would be to get some proper bonding strength mastic and 
glue the bushings to the shaft (bolt it all up before the mastic sets!).
