Subject: <VV> "water wheel" transmission

In a reader letter in the November, 2019 issue of Hemmings Classic Car, the
writer refers to the transmission in his wife's Corvair Monza, back in
1967, by this description. I don't recall hearing of a "water wheel"
transmission reference previously, but I guess I get it.
