The alignment should adjust out just fine with a matched '64 mount and engine bracket.  No grinding needed.  The stud on the bottom of the '64 mount is to the rear compared to the '61-'63 non A/C mount.

> When putting a late (balancer  ) motor in a pre 64 I try to use a 64-65 FC motor mount. It worst best ,but hard to find.The 64 mount has worked fine on several I did , My alignment guy (former business partner) slots the rear mount with a power tool he has.
