Never seen or heard of fish oil for sale in the UK. But you can make 
any oil creep by mixing with acetone. You have to keep agitating it or 
the acetone will seperate out, float on top and evaporate before your 
eyes. But once applied, the acetone will evaporate and leave the oil 
behind.
