Easy , quick repair of early stamped pulley is just put 2 SHORT 3/8 bolts in the puller holes and tighten.You could replace with a late 95HP cast pulley also , but balancer is the best way with a 64 mount.Regards, TimColson C N Y C C http://cnycorvair.com/Little_Corvair_Shop.php
