<VV> New "stock" tires for LM's

Some obscure document I found says the LM odometer wants 825 revs/mile.

185/80-13 should be around 818 R/M
205/70-13 should be around 830 R/M

Never mind the 185/80-13, let's get someone to make 205/70s again, 
chunky rubber donuts that work well and look great.
