<VV> New "stock" tires for LM's

I looked, it is a radial, has R where dash is in email below. 6.4SR13

Tire sizes and nomenclature changed several times from the 60s to the 
80s. I've seen inches on radials and mm on bias ply. Then there are the 
letter sizes.... then P metric....
