<VV> Timesert removal

I guess it depends on what you find when it comes out.  I'd try it. But do
try and get a long enough one.

Update:

 I do not think it is a timesert after all. It appears identical to the
Spark Plug Rethreader Kit sold at local FLAPS. I used one of these 40 years
ago with no issue on a 140. Any reason not to use again assuming I can get
the botched one out?

Thank you Chuck.
It appears the problem was that they did not chamfer the hole, therefore the
flange of the insert is not flush with the head.
Then it was overtightened, causing the flange to crack creating a poor
gasket surface, as well as causing the sparkplug electrode to not extend
into the combustion chamber.
Also, the length of the insert seems to short, creating a large void around
the tip of the sparkplug.
