<VV> ethanol question

First unplug wire going to sending unit. Did the gauge move to Full? If
so, problem is in sending unit. Remove sending unit, check to see if
float doesn't. I had this problem last year, float had a pinhole and
sunk. I found a plastic float on a sending unit in my spare parts and
snapped it on. Works fine. The brass float is available as a Ford
replacement part too. It is a common size across many car lines.

I'm glad you are recovering from your stroke!

But now the gas gauge just sits there at a quarter tank. It was working. What willl I have to do to get it to work again?
