<VV> Speedometer cable lube in cold weather

Rebuilding the original speedometers, particularly the Corsa
speedometer/odometer is becoming problematic for sure -- some of the parts
are no longer available.

The Vairtrix electronic replacement does work well, but still depends upon
having a working mainframe with the spinning magnet and the drive cable.
Since the cable is only spinning the magnet -- no internal gears to drive
-- the load on the cable is low but the cable and mainframe bushing still
needs to be lubricated.

I guess the ultimate replacement would be GPS enabled.
