[1969] Cooling Fan

Hi Jim,

The original fans were a dark grey phosphate sort of coating done by dipping the fan.  Somewhere on the forums there is a picture of a NOS fan that clearly shows the original color, along with an extensive discussion on the topic.  I found Eastwood Zinc Phosphate paint to be a pretty close approximation, so that's what I went with.

What is the correct color for the cooling fan on a ’69?

I’ve seen references to bare metal and dark grey. Or were they black?
