Hello all:  When the 100% issue came up in the 70s, RMC (Rocky Mountain
Corsa--Denver, Colorado)  placed a 'mandatory membership in CORSA' rule in
the constitution.  It remains to this day.  Since it has gone for this
length of time there is no question when a prospective member appears, he
knows he must join both.  I frankly have not heard that much grumbling about
joining both when the insurance issue is discussed.  We have NO asssociate
membership options etc.
