<CORSA Chapters> Non-summer convention

Gary,

How many of the "been to every convention" crowd still have kids in school? I think the answer is just one and he doesn't like using the "SHIFT" key.

I'd agree about the temperature deviation, but we've already done one in Daytona in the summer and survived. Another statement I agree with is that no matter what happens, someone will gripe.

I beleive one of the original ideas was that many members had children in 
chool, so as not to conflict with school time for the kids. 
ue to our aging membership, I don't think we have as many members with school 
ge children.
But, remember, no matter when you schedule the convention, it will conflict with 
omething, and someone will gripe.
Personally, if the convention location has temeperatures normally in the 100 
egree range during the last week of July and early August, a date change may be 
n everyone's best interests.
