Hopefully not - perhaps the hub - TQ "nub" into crank is caught ?
I would remove drive train and then separate the transaxle and engine
and check the alignment and fit  also suggest applying anti seize 
compound when installing
and Loctite 242 Blue on the 6 Flex Plate to Crank and  3 TQ mounting bolts.
 
I even have a special reamer tool - to fit botched  clutch pilot bearing 
removals...
I have even seen a Standard Clutch Bell Housing used with a TQ
 - talk about overheating, belching fluid and completely destroying a PG.

I think I am out of  Reman TQs ?
and haven't had money and time to make up more - along with the new High 
Stall versions.
The cores acquisition and the new HD internal parts - including a new 
stator hub are expensive.
The ring gears are just outrageous to purchase and then install.
For High Stall just bending some fins may change characteristics but 
they will not be reliable.
