another thing i forgot: when i have a differential or tranny apart i leave a very strong magnet in the case somewhere safe. my magnets are from bad hard drives , super strong for the very small size. there are magnets in my oil pans also. i think it catches the very fine particles and adds to life of bearings ...any type. regards tim colson
