really long extension handle on your socket set... once it is off, make new 
supports and bolt them into the hatch. Cut off the supports from the hatch 
cover so you will never get stuck like that again..... took me quite a while 
to figure it out the first time... stupid hatch kept snappng back when I 
tried to pry it off. Three easy screws does the trick!
