[FC] Water Holding Under Greenbrier Rain Gutter

I kinda think that cleaning out the seam with a spot media blaster or wire 
wheel and hitting it with rust remover then rustproof primer would alleviate 
any worries. Next time you drive down the road or the temp gets over 60 
degrees Farenheit, the seam will dry out.
