[FC] paint stripe location

I agree with your comments.  After much consideration I put the line inside
the body line when I painted my rampside and it turned out very well.  It is
easier to control the taping this way.   It is difficult to get the taping
done and still be within the 24 hr. window of getting the paint recoated.
(I used  PPG DBU color and 2021 clear).
