  You can always heat the pipe and bend it to the correct angle, if the pipe is in real good condition. If there is any amount of rust scale then you will not be able to heat and rebend. I would take Paul's offer, less work and probably less costly.

  The outlet pipe on the car points almost straight back, where as the one for the 
FC tends to point more toward the right side of the vehicle.  I suggest that you 
get the correct pipe for a proper fit.  I believe that I have a new one if you
