[FC] Hinge-Pin Removal

I recently replaced them on my '62 wagon and am convinced that the best way 
was to remove the doors and then the hinges.  It's a big job but you can 
then do the hinges right with derusting and paint.  The pins can be pressed 
out and replaced with a bench vise.
